Our Staff

Marissa is our new Wedding Operations Manager at Plant Girl Floral! She’ll be working behind the scenes to keep our team organized, our systems running smoothly, and all the moving pieces in place as we head into the 2027 wedding season. She’ll play an important role in making sure every detail stays on track from the studio to wedding day.

Michelle is a floral designer with a background in event management, currently studying at Johnson & Wales University. She’s the owner of Charrelle Design, where she creates unique pieces using epoxy resin and florals. With experience as both a vendor and host at fairs, markets, and weddings, Michelle brings creativity, professionalism, and a love for detail to every floral design.

Rylie graduated from Massachusetts College of Art and Design with a degree in 3D Fine Arts. She brings that strong foundation in creative design into her floral work every day, turning artistic vision into beautiful, textured arrangements with intention and care. As a **Lead Designer at Plant Girl Floral and a Lead Designer at weddings**, Rylie plays an important role in bringing each event to life through her artistic eye, beautiful craftsmanship, and confident leadership.

Sarah Floral Designer

Sarah is a former teacher who joined our team during the 2025 season and has loved learning and growing alongside us ever since! She plays an important role in keeping our studio organized and our events running smoothly. Sarah continues to grow in the floral design world, bringing her creativity into the studio while also working on-site at weddings, assisting with setup, and making sure every detail comes together beautifully. Her organization, dedication, and willingness to jump in wherever needed make her such a valued part of the Plant Girl Floral team!

Pam Studio Operations & Team Support

Pam brings an incredible background in business and operations to the Plant Girl Floral team. After a successful career, she now spends part of her retirement supporting our team and helping everything behind the scenes run smoothly. Pam keeps us focused, organized, and on track during even our busiest weeks. Her experience, work ethic, and steady presence are truly inspiring, and we are so lucky to have her as part of our team.

Christen Floral Designer 

Christen brings a wonderful mix of creativity, experience, and passion to the Plant Girl Floral team! After spending time working in education, she followed her love for flowers and joined a floral design team in Pennsylvania. A recent move to Rhode Island brought her to the Ocean State when her husband accepted a job on Cape Cod. As a mom of three boys, Christen brings warmth, energy, and a fresh creative perspective to our studio. We are so happy she found her way to Plant Girl Floral, and we absolutely LOVE having her on our team!

Aila Floral Designer

Aila brings her love of flowers and creativity to the Plant Girl Floral team! After working in the floral department at Trader Joe’s, she decided to continue growing her passion for floral design by joining our studio. Aila enjoys learning new techniques, exploring her creativity, and bringing beautiful floral designs to life. We love having her as part of our team and watching her continue to grow in the floral world!

Angie | Floral Design & Studio Support

Angie has been part of the Plant Girl Floral team for two years, helping behind the scenes with flower preparation, studio organization, and keeping everything running smoothly. Now, she’s expanding her creativity into floral design, and we love watching her grow! As a professional wedding makeup artist and hairstylist, Angie already brings a wonderful artistic eye and experience in the wedding industry. We feel so lucky that she has chosen to share her talents with another wedding vendor team, and we love having her as part of Plant Girl Floral!
