Founded by Christine, who transitioned from a 20-year career in education, the business reflects her passion and love for artistic floral design
Christine's background in leadership and organization has seamlessly carried over into running Plant Girl Floral Design, allowing her to provide exceptional service and attention to detail for every couple. Her artistic roots, inherited from her creative family, shine through in every custom arrangement she creates.
Since its launch in 2021, Plant Girl has flourished, providing florals for over 400 weddings and numerous local events. Our mission is to continue crafting exquisite floral designs that bring wedding dreams to life and create unforgettable event experiences.

With a background in event coordination and design, Jen combines her love for organization and beauty to help craft seamless, stunning floral moments for our couples.

Jacey joined Plant Girl Floral after a successful career in the corporate world. With a strong creative background and a natural eye for design, she is now a lead designer both in our studio and on-site at weddings and events—bringing calm, artistry, and thoughtful detail to every installation.

Michelle is a floral designer with a background in event management, currently studying at Johnson & Wales University. She’s the owner of Charrelle Design, where she creates unique pieces using epoxy resin and florals. With experience as both a vendor and host at fairs, markets, and weddings, Michelle brings creativity, professionalism, and a love for detail to every floral design.

Rylie graduated from Massachusetts College of Art and Design with a degree in 3D Fine Arts. She brings that strong foundation in creative design into her floral work every day—turning artistic vision into real, textured arrangements with intention and care. Now a lead designer in our studio and a lead on-site floral designer at weddings, Rylie helps bring each event to life with beautiful craftsmanship and steady leadership.

Sarah is a former teacher who joined our team during the 2025 season and has loved learning and growing alongside us ever since. She leads our organization department, helping keep every event seamless from planning to execution, and she also enjoys stepping into floral design when creativity calls.
Laurie is our wedding coordinator and client liaison, and she has been with Plant Girl Floral for the past four years. She leads the design process from start to finish—guiding couples through planning, keeping every detail organized, and ensuring the full floral vision comes to life beautifully on the wedding day.
The Plant Girls enjoy a fun night out checking out new activities in the area. This is our team trying out some aerial circus fun!
