We offer both in-person and virtual consultations based on your preference and location.
In-person consultations are available at our Rhode Island studio for local couples. These allow you to see flower samples, touch different textures, and get a hands-on feel for our design process.
Virtual consultations work beautifully for busy couples, destination weddings, or those planning from out of state. We use video calls to share inspiration boards, discuss your vision, and present design concepts.
Both consultation types are equally thorough and effective. We've successfully designed stunning weddings through entirely virtual planning!



Can you work with my wedding planner?

Absolutely! We love working with wedding planners and coordinators. Professional planners help create seamless wedding days, and collaboration makes the entire process smoother.
We regularly work with Newport's top wedding planners and coordinators. If you're working with a planner, we'll:

Coordinate directly with them on timelines and logistics
Attend planning meetings as needed
Share detailed installation plans
Ensure seamless day-of execution
