Packages are often built around cost-efficient bloom choices that can be sourced consistently and affordably across many weddings, which makes sense for their pricing model but can limit access to more premium or seasonal varieties. Custom design allows a couple to prioritize specific premium blooms — a particular garden rose variety, out-of-season peonies sourced specially, rare orchid varieties — because the entire proposal is built around what that couple actually wants, rather than what fits within a predetermined package tier.
